Today is 18 November 2007, one day after being MARRIED. Oh my. Feelings of being married? Erm but I am sorry to say, not much different. Just that when I wake up this morning, I turned my head and saw someone beside me. I just can't seems to believe that I am married!
On Friday, I just could not sleep. I wanted to as I was pretty tired, but when I laid one the bed, I just could not go and sleep. Got up and watched Ghost Whisperer. I tried to sleep again and I am not sure what time I fell asleep. Woke up at 6.30am! Oh my, I could not sleep anymore. Toss around in bed till around 8am and watch some tv and surf the net a bit more.
After breakfast, we headed off to collect the bouquet from the florist and reached the hotel for check in at 12pm. While waiting for the cab to head towards the bridal shop for my makeup, we saw Tiffany, our primary school classmate. She is working at the hotel as a sales coordinator! Oh my! haha she was a little angry with us for not telling her that we were getting married. ahhaa.
After the makeup, Huiping came and pick me up from the bridal. Thanks a lot gal! When I reached the hotel, both my parents and his parents were there! Haha.. Guest then started to stream in. We took some time off to take photos before the event started, while my cousins helped out with the reception.
The event was pretty funny! We kind of walked too fast! Haha My cousins were laughing at us. I guess I was also too nervous as when I read the vows! hehe. Finally all was over after the ceremony. Took photos with all my friends and all. We did not get to eat the fabulous food that was offered during the high tea. We packed some of the food into the room but we can't seems to eat at all. Then we drank some champage which I had bought when I was overseas. After a glass or so, we just fell asleep at around 8 pm hahaha. Very tired!
Guess what, we woke up at 12 midnight with a hangover. I guess it was because we drank on a empty stomache. Took some aspirin, we feel asleep till this morning. Haha what a way to spend a night. Luckily I am on leave tomorrow and will be able to rest more. Poor hubby, has to work tomorrow.Labels: wedding
